I am Randy Carl Perez IV. I took a chance and decided to buy a recently refurbished two bedroom beach house a little north of Goodview, FL. My wife Patsy and I have lived here since 1994. It seems that house is a wonderful vacation spot. I would certainly recommend this vacation spot to everybody.
